- My name is Dominicque "Statyk" Ellis, I am a 21 year old Songwriter/Hip Hop artist from Kansas City Mo. I have been working in Hip-Hop since I was 13 years old. With the help of a team of underground artist and supporters I have been blessed to take our craft to another level. Recently, I have organized and preformed in over 6 shows from Kansas City to Columbia, Mo and received a more then impressive turnout. I would also credit our recent success to the Legendary Rap group Bone Thugs N Harmony. For allowing me and the small up and coming indie label I started in 2005. To open for them not only in the city where we are currently recording and networking, but also in Indiana and Milwaukee. This was not only a honor, but gave everyone a glimpse of the potential and talent a artist comes to doubt after being kicked down by the business we love and cherish so much.
