- 21 year old Raqwan "RoC Wynn" Wynn is an aspiring rapper out of VA Beach, Virginia. RoC Wynn describes himself as multi-talented, creative and smart, he feels his lyrics and creative ability will help him achieve his life long goals. RoC Wynn has performed in the "Big Shot" Showcase in August of 2009 and is currently working on a new album, his main objective is "to have everyone listening to my music and get signed"

He spends his time mastering his lyrical, beat making skills and found a way to in sync the two to create a mind blowing masterpiece.
