Profile Information

Relationship Status:
Single
About Me:
Short Bio:
A sophisticated lyricist and a brilliant performer is a rare combination in the world of hip hop. While female emcees are a minority, there is one young woman who is making major moves and taking control of her business at the same time.

Eisani Steelz is a classy, sassy, sexy and intelligent female emcee. She brings her unique swagger to her lyrical delivery. She writes about life situations as well as trendy interests. Capable of hip-hop ballads, battle raps and club bangers alike, she has been compared to the likes of Roxanne Shante, Queen Latifah, Rah Digga, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez (RIP), Eve, Amil and Remy Ma.

Extended Bio:
Eisani Steelz has been a professional performer since childhood. She began her career as a child on local children's television shows and also as a musician at the same time. She developed her musical skill through playing instruments in school, joining school choirs and being a member in local R&B singing groups.

By the time she entered high school, she had developed a sincere love for hip hop music. She studied classic hip hop artists and grew to love the new and upcoming artists of the time. She eventually developed her own lyrical style and by her sophomore year, she had joined her brothers, sister and cousins in a huge rap crew.

Eisani took her talent all the way to college with her when she started going to Columbia College in Chicago, IL. She joined her cousin, Karma Da Diva and her business partners Qween Wise and Tadj Auset to launch TruExistense Management Company and later HadiyyAllah Entertainment Enterprises. While in Chicago, Eisani Steelz was the creative mind behind “the Credible Illness Rap Show”, “STAND TALL: Celebrating Black Men”, and the very popular “Style Wars Hip Hop Hair and Fashion Show”. After 2 years of working the Chicago scene, Eisani returned to the East Coast to continue school at Rugters-Newark and to launch new businesses such as Boss Lady Entertainment. By 2007, Eisani left her former partners completely and closed down Boss Lady Entertainment. She became focused on completing her education at Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey and becoming a film-maker and actress in addition to an event planner/producer and emcee.

Eisani Steelz released the original version of "Work Tha Catwalk" in 2007 while working with producer NaucetheBoss. She also directed and produced the “Do It Mean” music video by NaucetheBoss as well as her own video for “Work Tha Catwalk”. She was also responsible for a series of small documentaries on into 2008 and completed her college education with writing and producing her short film “Underneath It All” staring Beatrice Johnston. She also made her re-emergence in the New Jersey/New York modeling scene by being heavily involved in the Per-Fit Design Spring Fashion Show and working with Jamaican-based Golden Touch Sounds Entertainment.

Currently, Eisani Steelz has been releasing more new hit singles, including “This Means War” and “Eisani”. She has also completed her second music video for “This Means War” and is currently working on a mixtape. You will also be able to find Eisani Steelz on the soundtrack to the up and coming film “City Untouchable”. Eisani has been featured in Crowned Magazine and is expecting more success in the future!
